The NSL Group includes the country’s leading seed company Nuziveedu Seeds Ltd. and the businesses of development of SEZs in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Gurgaon. He is an experienced wind farm developer with in-depth knowledge of the wind industry and owns more than 50 MW of wind power projects. NSL Group is in the process of setting up 250 MW Wind Power projects over the next 2 years and also 155 MW of Hydel power projects.

Mr. R. SUNDARESH has over two decades of in-depth experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Affairs, Law and General Management. He has vast experience and expertise in raising financial resources in the domestic and international market. His proficiency includes financial structuring of wind power projects.
Sundaresh holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and is a qualified Company Secretary.
Mr. ATUL KAPUR is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Everstone Capital of which he also serves as the Chief Investment Officer. Everstone Capital is a leading India focused alternative asset manager with assets under management of approximately USD 1 billion including Indivision, a USD 425 million private equity fund. Prior to founding Everstone, Atul was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International (UK). Atul has successfully handled private equity investments in Europe, Middle East, and India besides Hong Kong, Singapore and London.
Atul holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr. KAZI ARIF UZ ZAMAN is Managing Director in the Private Equity team of Everstone Capital Advisors (www.everstonecapital.com) and is based in Bengaluru. He has 16 years of financial services experience including over 7 years of buy-side private equity experience. Kazi has played a key role in developing the cleantech investment strategy at Everstone and has served on the Board of Directors of ReGen since October 2007. Kazi earlier held the position of Associate Director at ICICI Venture and prior to that he held the post of Associate Director, ANZ Investment Bank /ANZ Grindlays Bank in Mumbai, London and Singapore on the M&A and corporate advisory side.

Mr. VARAHALA RAO KAVALA is a former General Manager in Bharath Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), the largest Power Equipment Manufacturing Company in India. He superannuated from BHEL service in June 2004.
He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 41 years of Professional Experience in various fields encompassing Thermal Power Plant Engineering, Materials Management, Project Management and Development of Thermal Power Plants and Wind Turbine Power Plants apart from long years of experience in General Administration.
Mr. JAPAN MAHESH VYAS was instrumental in setting up the alternative investment business at IDFC Investment Advisors. This business with a current corpus of Rs. 750 crore provides private investment opportunities to domestic and offshore family offices and HNI’s. Earlier he has had various roles within the IDFC group like project finance and proprietary equity, corporate and structured finance and credit risk and control. He has a Masters in Management Studies and a graduation in Commerce.
