Job description :

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share for transformer products.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, industry publications, trade shows, and professional networking events.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless sales funnel and support business development efforts.
    • Identify and target potential clients, including government utilities, private power companies, and large-scale industrial projects.
    • Convert technical inquiries and proposals into confirmed orders, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Possess a strong technical understanding of transformer specifications, standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE), and applications.
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve existing offerings.
    • Act as a technical and commercial liaison between the client and internal engineering, production, and quality control teams.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports, including forecasts, KPIs, and performance analysis.
    • Manage and update a CRM system with client information and sales activities.
