Mr. Madhusudan Khemka, Managing Director has over two decades of rich and in-depth experience in all aspects of Wind Energy Converters including their Manufacturing, Marketing, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, General Management, etc., He has been instrumental in pioneering the market for wind energy in India.

Mr. R.Sundaresh, Joint Managing Director has over two decades’ vast experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Affairs, Law and General Management. He has vast experience and expertise in raising financial resources in the domestic and international market. His expertise includes financial structuring of wind power projects.

Mr. Varahala Rao Kavala, Director is a former General Manager in Bharath Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), the largest Power Equipment Manufacturing Company in India. He superannuated from BHEL service in June 2004. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 41 years of Professional Experience in various fields encompassing Thermal Power Plant Engineering, Materials Management, Project Management and Development of Thermal Power Plants and Wind Turbine Power Plants.

Mr. Joseph Chaly, President and Executive Director, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, possess rich experience of more than 30 years in Production, Sales and Marketing in large MNC engineering companies and he has been serving at Top Management Positions in diverse industries. His last assignment was as Managing Director and Country Head of LM Wind Power.

Mr. B.Venkataramanan, CFO, academically CA, possesses rich experience of more than 18 year's in skillfully managing the finances of well-established industrial houses.
